| We want your dog to have the best experience possible. Your dog will get the individual attention that they deserve according to their needs. We don't rush the process. Our staff is experienced, caring and treats each dog like it's their own. At the beginning of each appointment, you will have a styling consultation with our groomer. He will discuss different hairstyle options for your pup based on what you would like. If you're not sure, the groomer will be happy to make suggestions based on lifestyle and breed type. You can even bring a picture. For nervous parents, you can sneak a peek through our window to make sure your dog is comfortable. If your dog is not comfortable with the process, we have a trainer on staff who will help you figure out to make the experience better the next time around. Or if it’s your puppies first groom, our trainer along with the staff will help make sure your puppy has the best first experience possible. We use a variety of all natural shampoos and conditioners, so your dog's skin and coat is getting the best care without harsh chemicals or strong fragrances. We aim to please you and your dog, so no one leaves without a smile and a wagging tail! |
