Please include your name, email address, dog(s) name(s). 4.) All photos must be submitted no later than the 14th of every month. 5.) Winner will be contacted via email on the 1st of each month to pick up their prize. 6.) Contest open to NY and NJ residents only. 7.) When voting, only one vote per household per contest! |
